Salary Structure for NDLEA

The salary structure used by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency is Consolidated Paramilitary Salary Structure (CONPASS). This simply means you would be paid based on your rank in the agency.
Accordingly, officers with the lowest rank will earn the lowest salary, while officers with the highest rank would definitely be paid a high salary monthly.

Below is the amount of money each NDLEA staff earns monthly and annually as salary based on rank.

CONPASS grade 1 earns N46,320 monthly and 410,667 annually,
CONPASS grade 2 earns N45,067 monthly and 451,076 annually,
CONPASS grade 3 earns N48,854 monthly and 451,076 annually,
CONPASS grade 4 earns N51,645 monthly and 323,856 annually,
CONPASS grade 5 earns N54,746 monthly and N324,545 annually,
CONPASS grade 6 earns N90,456 monthly and N327,048 annually,
CONPASS grade 7 earns N110,743 monthly and N382,508 annually,
CONPASS grade 8 earns N143,023 monthly and N802,745 annually,
CONPASS grade 9 earns N151,739 monthly and N902,568 annually,
CONPASS grade 10 earns N205,673 monthly and N2,456,300 annually,
CONPASS grade 11 earns N220,384 monthly and N2,564,739 annually,
CONPASS grade 12 earns N236,578 monthly and N3,122,689 annually,
CONPASS grade 13 earns N307,826 monthly and N3,389,087 annually,
CONPASS grade 14 earns N353,238 monthly and N4,307,669 annually,
CONPASS grade 15 earns N425,906 monthly and N4,807,688 annually,
CONPASS grade 16 earns N425,906 monthly and N4,807,688 annually.

NDLEA Allowance

Allowance is another way the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency pays its staff. This includes;

Health Insurance

Every NDLEA officer is covered by the National Health Insurance Program including their family members.

Traveling Allowance

This particular allowance is not for all the staff. Only the senior officers in the agency are likely to be entitled to a travel allowance. On several occasions, this set of officers travels for official duty outside the state of their primary assignment.

Housing Allowance

NDLEA officers are entitled to accommodations when there is a transfer to a new location. But failure to provide suitable accommodation by the agency will call for a housing stipend paid to the officer.

NDLEA Training Allowance

NDLEA training allowances are paid to candidates based on their level of qualifications.
N25,000 – N45,000 is paid monthly to those who applied with B.sc or HND. However, N15,000 – N25,000 is paid to candidates who applied with SSCE, NCE, and ND.
