- Professor: Applicants must have a Ph.D. degree related to the discipline applied for. Candidates must provide evidence of academic leadership in terms of publications, administrative leadership, project design execution, monitoring, etc. Candidates must have at least 12 years of post-qualification experience and have full-time, important teaching and research experience.
- Associate Professor (Reader): Same as for Professor listed above, but applicants for this position must have at least ten (10) years post
- Senior Lecturer: Same as for the Professor listed above, but interested candidates should have at least seven (7) years of experience.
- Lecturer I: Prospective candidates must be holders of a Ph.D. degree from a reputable and government-approved university, and applicants must possess at least 3 years of working experience.
