The following are the criteria for all interested Nigerian Railway Corporation candidates:
- Prospective applicants must possess leadership and excellent management skills.
- Prospective candidates must be Nigerian by birth.
- Interested persons must have a clear criminal record.
- Candidates with either an HND, B.Sc., NCE, or OND in any related field obtained from an accredited institution
- Candidates’ age at the time of application cannot be above 35.
