Is DSS Training Date 2024 Out?
The Commandant and the entire management of the Department of State Services recruitment committee have officially notified all concerned candidates that the DSS training exercise for qualified candidates will be held this year.
The committee also added that those whose names are on the DSS shortlisted lists would only be authorized to partake in the DSS physical training, which will only last for two (3) weeks.

DSS Training Date 2024
With excitement in our hearts, we’re pleased to notify the general public most especially all shortlisted candidates, that the commandant and the entire members of the Department of State Services are inviting all applicants who make it through the DSS screening exercise to report to their respective training venues/camps.
Here at Kindi Recruit, we’ve updated information regarding the DSS training date, venue, and requirements for all shortlisted candidates. For now, the Department of State Services has yet to fix the training date for this year’s DSS training exercise. We’ll do well to update this page once the date as well as venue are disclosed.
DSS Training Date Centers 2024
The Department of State Services (DSS) training centers refer to the venue or camps at which all selected candidates who have applied for DSS recruitment and got shortlisted are invited to partake in a two (3) weeks training exercise to determine their capability and suitability for the work ahead.
To be eligible for the DSS training exercise, you must have applied for the DSS recruitment, been shortlisted, and also received an invitation via registered email or SMS.
NOTE: The Department of State Services (DSS) will send all qualified candidates the training date, venue, and details regarding the DSS training exercise through applicants’ registered email addresses and phone numbers.
DSS Training Requirements
Qualified candidates are advised to come to the training camp with the following:
- Two Recent passport Photographs
- Original and photocopy of their credentials
- Certificate of State of Origin
- Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age
- Duly signed and completed Guarantor’s Form
- Certificate of Local Government of Origin
